Busting the Myths of Entrepreneurship: Luc Bohunicky
Entrepreneurship is sexy.
You’re the boss and control your destiny.
But entrepreneurship is hard. It’s an always-on, 24/7 world.

There are ups and downs, wins and losses, successes, and failures.
It’s exciting and terrifying, sometimes both at the same time or same day.
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone, but it’s possible for anyone.
I recently talked to Luc Bohunicky (LinkedIn, Twitter) about entrepreneurship, including the myths that surround it.
An evangelist for entrepreneurship (check out his videos on LinkedIn), Luc believes a key to success is a willingness to launch a product, learn, and improve.
Some of his insights include:
– Jump into entrepreneurship for the right reasons. Not because it’s cool but you’re excited about an idea and willing to do the work. He looks at “entrepreneur” as a verb, not a noun.
– Not being discouraged if your product isn’t perfect because it could resonate with a customer willing to help shape it.
– Experiment with different marketing channels to see what works. Luc recommends “Traction” by Gabriel Weinberg.
