An easy way to jump on the LinkedIn bandwagon
For me, LinkedIn has been a game-changer.
Over the past two years, I’ve made a ton of connections, talked to 200+ people, attracted clients, and booked podcast guests.
It’s been a major investment in time and energy. I write posts five times a week, comment enthusiastically, and reach out to interesting people. But the ROI has been huge.
But for many people, LinkedIn is intimidating, or they still think it’s a place to look for a job.
Truth be told, LinkedIn has become a vibrant, engaged community, and a no-brainer for anyone looking to grow their networks and spark opportunities.
To make it easier to embrace LinkedIn, I created a simple framework called the 1-1-1-1.
It’s a pragmatic and user-friendly way to get started on LinkedIn. It involves:
- One post a week (150 to 300 words)
- One comment a day (pick a topic, any topic!)
- One new connection a day
- One conversation a week
I’d be happy to answer any questions.
