The Startup: FlashStock, which helps brands create visual content [photographs, videos} for social media and digital marketing, powered by an innovative technology platform and a global network of creative talent.

Project: As FlashStock experienced rapid growth, it was looking to develop clear and well-articulated messaging to ensure it was talking to customers in a coherent and consistent way.

The Work: Interviews with internal stakeholders, customers, research on the competitive landscape and participation in a corporate retreat.

The Deliverable: An in-depth document featuring a positioning statement, value propositions, elevator pitch, proposed homepage headline copy, interviews with four customers and a competitive audit.
