Tactics and making things happen are sexy. 

It’s exciting to see marketing making an impact.

Strategic planning, however, is not sexy. 

But if you don’t plan, it’s difficult to know what to do, and when and where to do it.

A strategic plan identifies goals and establishes priorities.

It ensures that everyone is aligned as you move forward tactically.
