It is easy to do what everyone is doing. There’s safety in numbers.
It’s challenging to go against the grain and do things differently.
But if you want to stand out, strategic and tactical risks are a no-brainer.
A case in point, I was walking my dog and saw a real estate sign that didn’t say “For Sale”.
Instead, it said, “Could this be the one?”
Five words caught my attention. A little creativity goes a long way.
Note: Given Toronto’s crazy real estate market, the sign could have said “Make a wildly over-priced offer.” 🙂
