Small marketing changes can make a big impact
Marketing success can happen in microscopic ways.
A case in point: I recently changed the emoji on my LinkedIn profile.
(Note: An emoji helps to identify spammers who send direct messages.)
I swapped out an asterisk for a Canadian flag.
After leaving a comment on a LinkedIn post, I received a connection request from a Canadian entrepreneur.
She noticed the Canadian emoji and decided to reach out.
In the end, I didn’t jump on the opportunity because her company needed someone with B2C experience.
But it did demonstrate the power of small changes.
It’s easy to keep everything static and do the same things. Big changes can appear daunting.
But the road to success can happen using small steps that move you in the right or better direction.
